In application of the provisions of articles L611-1 and following and R612-1 and following of the Consumer Code, for any litigation of contractual nature relating to the execution of the sale contract which could not be resolved within the framework of a Complaint previously submitted to RCE customer service, the Customer may have recourse to mediation free of charge. He will contact the National Association of Mediators (ANM) either by mail by writing to 62, rue Tiquetonne 75002 PARIS or by e-mail by filling in the online referral form at the following address: www.anm-conso.com

Droit de Rétractation / Right to Retract
Conformément aux dispositions du Code de la consommation Article L221-18, le Client dispose d'un droit de rétractation de quatorze jours ouvrables à compter de la réception des produits lui permettant de retourner les Produits sans avoir à se justifier ni à payer de pénalité.
Les modalités d’exercice de ce droit de rétractation sont identiques à celles mentionnées dans le paragraphe relatif à la procédure de retour.

Seuls les Produits retournés dans leur emballage d’origine et en parfait état de commercialisation seront acceptés. Par conséquent, tout retour de produits lavés et/ou portés ou dans un emballage abîmé sera refusé.
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code Article L221-18 , the Customer has the right to withdraw from the transaction within 14 working days of receipt of the Product(s). This allows the Customer to return the products without justification or payment of penalties.
The procedures for exercising this right of withdrawal are the same as the ones indicated in the section for returns and unconditional exchanges.
